Organization Settings

How to manage your organization's name, logo, and general configuration in SpecGraph.

Organization Settings

Organization settings control the top-level configuration for your SpecGraph organization — the name, slug, and branding that appears across the platform.

Accessing Organization Settings

Navigate to Settings → Organization. This page requires admin or owner role.

What You Can Configure

Organization Name

The display name of your organization. This appears in the sidebar, on project cards, and in exported documents. Keep it consistent with how your organization is referred to internally.

Organization Slug

A short, URL-safe identifier used in links and integrations. The slug is typically a lowercase, hyphenated version of your organization name (e.g., acme-corp). It can be changed, but existing integrations that use the old slug will need to be updated.

Upload your organization's logo. It appears in the sidebar org switcher and in the header of generated documents. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG. Recommended size: 256×256px or larger.

Multi-Organization Support

SpecGraph supports users belonging to multiple organizations. If you're a member of more than one organization, you can switch between them using the organization switcher in the bottom-left of the sidebar.

When you switch organizations:

  • The project list, team members, and settings all update to reflect the active organization.
  • You're redirected to the Dashboard for the new organization.
  • Your role and department in the new organization may differ from your role in the previous one.

Your active organization is shown in the sidebar switcher at all times.
